I know that for most of us the day is coming to a close.
I am sure that many of you had full days of family fun.
I hope that you were able to attend a service celebrating Christ's phenomenal,
miraculous, and oh so important resurrection.
HE IS RISEN!!!
Here are a few quick snapshots of our Easter Sunday.
First, we took the boys to the backyard for their baskets from what we call,
"The Easter bunny Mommy and Daddy"
Yes, they know the stuff is from us.
It was really nice here in the desert; a bit chilly when the wind blew though.
Roly Poly loved his new Little People toys and took them with us for the rest of the day.
Monster got a dollar in one of his eggs to show that Christ paid for our sins.
This is our lovely little family.
Then we went "Down the Hill" as we say in these parts.
It means we drove down the Cajon Pass from the desert.
Really it means we went down the mountain.
We went to Tia Niki's house.

There was more basket fun here after Monster did an egg hunt.
The Cuban Cowboy helped Roly Poly out,
while Monster was distracted by the first thing he opened,
which was a dart gun from Tia Niki.
That mustard color cardigan you are wearing is UH MAY ZING. I want it!
ReplyDeleteI found you through Momma Go Round! It sounds like you live close to where I do. I live in Lancaster :)
ReplyDeleteAdorable kids you have, and I love the dollar in the easter egg. I'll have to use that next year!
