Whistle While You Work

Music: Frank Churchill; Lyrics: Larry Morey; featured in Disney's "Snow White".
Just whistle while you work (whistle)
Put on that grin and start right in
to whistle loud and long
Just hum a merry tune (hum)
Just do your best and take a rest
and sing your self a song

When there's too much to do
Don't let it bother you, forget your troubles,
Try to be just like a cheerful chick-a-dee

And whistle while you work (whistle)
Come on get smart, tune up and start
to whistle while you work

(Official Version)
Just whistle while you work (whistle)
And cheerfully together we can tidy up the place
So hum a merry tune (hum)
It won't take long when there's a song
to help you set the place

And as you sweep the room
Imagine that the broom
is someone that you love
And soon you'll find you're dancing to the tune

(Spoken): Oh, no, no, no, no! Put them in the tub)
When hearts are high the time will fly
So whistle while you work

Work is all that I can think about lately.

Why?

Well, mostly because I have been working,
pretty much non-stop, since March 26.

What do I do?
How do I manage work with two munchkins?

Well, I actually work from home
and I either have only one kidlet or Daddy is also home.

I am an exam rater for ETS
(Educational Testing Services)

I rate essays for different standardized tests.

This is actually a mentally draining job,
even though I am sitting at the computer
for between 4-8 hours at a time.

I average about 18-20 essays per 30 minutes.
You do the math.

That's a lot of words.
I LOVE it though.

Why am I telling you all of this?
Well, mostly because I wanted to ask for you to bear with my
lack of creativity over the next few weeks.

I will be on this schedule until May 1.
After that FREEDOM!!!

AND

MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!

Yep! My Birthday is less than a month away.
Maybe I should start planning something cool.
